Return & Refund Policy
At Maison B Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality premium hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we have strict return policies in place to ensure all customers receive unused and authentic products.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The hair must not have been worn, installed, washed, cut, coloured, or altered in any way.
• The hair must be returned in its original packaging.
• The bundle ties or security seal must remain intact.
• The item must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Hair that has been installed or used
• Hair that has been cut, coloured, brushed out, or altered
• Hair that shows signs of wear
• Sale or promotional items
• Products returned outside the return window

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Maison B Hair is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Inspection & Approval Process
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the item meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, the return will be declined and shipped back to the customer.

Important Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and quality control reasons, once the bundle seal or ties have been broken, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
